PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheelchair having the blood flow accelerating function capable of accelerating the blood flow of an user of the wheelchair and enhancing the health simultaneously. SOLUTION: The wheelchair body and a footrest mounted on it are connected to the wheelchair frame at the rear end of the heel side of the footrest, and the tip of the footrest is connected movably to the side edge of the front wheel of the wheelchair body for the wheelchair having the blood flow accelerating function. The wheelchair body and the wheelchair footrest mounted on it are connected to the wheelchair frame at the rear end of the heel side of the footrest, and the one end of a robust interlock rod is mounted on the tip of the footrest, and the other end is mounted parallel to the wheels of the wheelchair body for the wheelchair having the blood flow accelerating function.
