A peptide having a function of fibroblast growth factor(FGF) is provided to improve stability against temperature, acid and alkali, and long-term storage by modifying the N-terminal and C-terminal while it shows an identical function to natural bFGF(basic fibroblast growth factor), thereby improving skin wrinkles. A peptide having a function of fibroblast growth factor comprises the amino acid sequence represented by Tyr-Arg-Ser-Arg-Lys-Tyr-Thr-Ser-Trp-Tyr(YRSRKYTSWY) which is contained in a cell receptor binding region of human bFGF(basic fibroblast growth factor), wherein the C-terminal of the amino acid sequence is modified by a hydroxy(-OH) group or amino(-NH2) group and the N-terminal of the amino acid sequence is protected by an acetyl group, a fluorenyl methoxy carbonyl(Fmoc) group, a formyl group, a palmitoyl group, a myristyl group and a stearyl group. Anti-wrinkle cosmetics comprise the peptide having a function of fibroblast growth factor.
