A battery charging equalizer is provided to extend a lifetime of a battery by charging plural battery cells using the same voltages. A battery charging equalizer includes a multiple-output half-bridge flyback converter and is driven according to a soft switching scheme. The multiple-output half-bridge flyback converter includes switching elements(S1,S2), a resonance condenser(Cr), a transformer(T), output diodes(Do1,Do2,Dom), and output condensers(Co1,Co2,Com). Each of the output diodes is series-coupled with each of the output condensers. The switching element is driven according to an asymmetrical pulse-width modulation scheme. A zero voltage switching and a zero current switching are performed in the switching element and the output diode by using a resonance between a magnetizing inductance of the resonance condenser and a leakage inductance of the transformer.
