A water-resistant computer mouse is provided to enhance stability and reliability thereof in a bathhouse, a swimming pool, and a seaside resort by forming an improved sealing structure thereof. A water-resistant computer mouse includes an upper case, a lower case, a left push button, a right push button, an electric cable, and a connecting terminal. The upper case is coupled with the lower case. The connecting terminal is formed at a front end of the electric cable to be connected with an external device. A packing is formed between the upper case and the lower case. The left push button and the right push button are sealed with a protective layer including a silicon material to prevent permeation of water and moisture into the inside of the water-resistant computer mouse.
