TFT SUBSTRATE WITH COLOR FILTER, AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a TFT substrate with a color filter superior in manufacture efficiency of a liquid crystal display or the like by being manufactured at high productivity.

SOLUTION: The above problem is solved by providing the TFT substrate with the color filter having a flat transparent substrate, a color filter layer provided with a plurality of coloring layers by being formed on the transparent substrate, and a plurality of TFT electrode layers arranged on a boundary of the coloring layer by being formed on the face opposite to a face forming the color filter layer of the transparent substrate and the TFT electrode layer including a pixel electrode arranged on the coloring layer.
