PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and efficiently assemble particularly a large-sized panel. SOLUTION: In this construction method for a form, the form comprises: a first panel 1 on which many separators 3 are protrusively provided on the inner surface of the panel; a second panel 2 which is provided with separator mounting holes 4 corresponding to the separators 3, respectively, and which is erected in the state of making its inner surface face an inner surface of the first panel 1 and the state of making a predetermined interval L1 formed between the inner surfaces of the panels via the separator 3; a fastening shaft 40 which is inserted into the mounting hole 4, and the axial one-end side of which is connected to the separator 3; and a locking implement 41 which makes the fastening shaft 40 locked to the side of the outer surface of the panel so that the fastening shaft 40 cannot come off to the side of the inner surface of the second panel 2. The fastening shaft 40 is equipped with a shaft extension part 44 for extending the length of the shaft. The first and second panels 1 and 2 are erected at an interval longer than the predetermined interval L1; the fastening shaft 40 is inserted into the mounting hole 4; the side of one end of the fastening shaft 40 is connected to the separator 3; and subsequently, the second panel 2 is brought closer to the first panel 1.
