A construction material having a porous resin panel and a file fiber layer is provided to employ a porous board formed a backing surface, in which the porous board has a honey comb structure including synthetic resin and a file fabric in the form of a carpet. A construction material(1) includes an outer layer(11) of a carpet layer having a file form and an inner layer having a porous honey comb structure. The carpet layer includes a napped fabric including one selected from the group consisting of nylon, polyethylene terephthalate, Polypropylene, polytrimethylene terephthalate, and acryl. The porous honey comb includes one selected from the group of poly-olefin, poly-ester, polyethylene, and aluminum. The porous honey comb includes a sheet having metal or aluminum.
