The invention relates to novel substituted prolinamides of general formul a (I), wherein D, L, E, G, J, M, R3, R4, R5 and R13 are defined as in the de scription, the tautomers, enantiomers, diastereomers, mixtures and salts the reof, especially the physiologically acceptable salts thereof with inorganic or organic acids or bases. The prolinamides according to the invention have valuable properties.
