<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus in which the degradation in workability of maintenance can be sufficiently suppressed even when a substrate is arranged within an apparatus body. <P>SOLUTION: This printer 1 includes a paper feed cassette 21 which is freely insertably and removably disposed in the lower part of the device body 1a, a switch back section 8 which is disposed removably from the device body 1a in a top surface position of the paper feed cassette 21 held inserted into the device body 1a, and covers the inside of the device body 1a, and an engine substrate 9 which is disposed within the device body 1a, and is exposed by removing the switch back section 8 from the device body 1a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
