<p>An article of jewelry of a design and construction for associating the jewelry article with a particular sport, includes a mounting unit for mounting the jewelry article on a wearer, and an ornamental unit carried by the mounting unit, characterized in that each of the units includes a simulation of an item used in the particular sport. A number of embodiments are described wherein the article of jewelry is a necklace, a ring, or a bracelet, and wherein the jewelry article includes simulations of items used in football, baseball, soccer, basketball, tennis, golf and water skiing.</p> |
