摘要 <p>A method for forming an organic thin film of an organic light emitting device by electrochemical deposition is provided to enable performance of a fabricating process without using specific equipment and easily adjust the thickness of a thin film by using a monolayer that is easily purchased and fabricated. A silicon-based compound whose maximum Van der Waals radius in the periphery of silicon atoms in a molecule is 9.50 Å is electrochemically deposited to form at least an organic thin film between an anode and a cathode. At least one selected from a group of Me4NBF4, Et4NBF4, Pr4NBF4, Bu4NBF4, Me4NClO4, Et4NClO4, Pr4NClO4, Bu4NClO4, Me4NPF6, Et4NPF6, Pr4NPF6, Bu4NPF6, LiClO4, LiBF4, LiPF6 and LiBOB can be used as electrolyte in the electrochemical deposition process.</p>
