<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide equipment for easy and effective volume-reduction molding of a used air cap sheet. <P>SOLUTION: The equipment is provided for compression flattening volume-reduction molding of the air cap sheet 27 constituted by disposing a large number of air-containing protuberances 28 on the surface of a sheet of a synthetic resin material or the like. After a plurality of lines of cuts 26 having a cut-in width 26 narrower than the dimension of an external shape of the protuberance 28 of the air cap sheet 27 are formed, air is released from the protuberances by applying a compression flattening means thereto.
