The assembly has a spiral (3) attached to a collet (1) by its internal end, where the collet is mounted on a spindle (2) and the assembly is made of material with the base of silicon. The collet has an external contour defining stops (10a-10c). The spiral has internal turns supported on the stops during an impact before an elastic limit of the internal turn is exceeded. The stops are located at respective distances (Ra-Rc) from the center (O) of the spindle, where the distances are increased in a direction (D) of the spiral from a spiral/collet junction point (8).
