A high-frequency signal switching device is provided to improve the switching performance for a high frequency signal, as well as a low-frequency signal, by using a diode and a high-impedance line. A switching device includes a bias part(120) applying a bias power and a control signal transmitting part(140) transmitting a control signal for the switching control applied from an exterior. A switching part(130) is driven by the bias power applied from the bias part, and operates at least one diode according to the control signal transmitted from the control signal transmitting part to output an input signal to an output terminal selectively.
