A sintered bearing motor is provided to prevent an oil leakage by forming an air film unit at a bottom of a shaft holder arranged to oppose an inlet hole of a bearing holder. A sintered bearing motor includes a bearing holder(10), a shaft holder(50), and an air film. A bearing is inserted into a tube with an open upper surface. A stator and a board are arranged on an outer periphery of the bearing holder. The shaft holder is rotatably inserted into the bearing. A shaft and a shaft hole are formed on an upper end of the shaft holder. The shaft is exposed to the upper portion of the bearing holder. The shaft hole is inserted into an upper end of the shaft. A magnet is arranged on an outer periphery of the stator with a predetermined pore between the magnet and the stator. The air film is formed at a bottom of the shaft holder and forms a swirl air flow along the inner wall.
