The present invention relates to a lightning-protection method and device of lightning-proof film which is pasted onto the surface of the protected object to protect the conductor from lightning strike. The lightning-proof s method is to transmit charge to the conductive film of the lightning-proof film so as to counteract the inductive charge of lightning on the conductor, which can make the lightning not hit the conductor. The lightning-proof device comprises a conductive film and an insulating film arranged between the conductive film and the conductor, wherein the conductive 10 film and the conductor form two electrodes of a capacitance respectively after the insulating film pasting onto the conductor. Furthermore, a protecting film can also be arranged on the outside of the conductive film. The insulating film can also be replaced by an air layer so that the lightning-proof film only comprises the conductive film.
