摘要 An ophthalmologic device comprising an intraocular pressure measuring unit having a spraying unit for spraying fluid toward the cornea of an examinee via a nozzle to measure the intraocular pressure of the examinee, an optical characteristics measuring unit for measuring the optical characteristics of the examinee, a body unit having the intraocular pressure measuring unit and the optical characteristics measuring unit disposed therein, a measuring unit switching unit for placing either one of the intraocular pressure measuring unit and the optical characteristics measuring unit in a measurable state, a projection optical system for projecting an index light onto the cornea, a reception optical system for receiving the index light reflected off the cornea, an operating distance detecting unit for detecting optically the operating distance of the device with respect to the examinee's eye when the intraocular pressure measuring unit is placed in a measurable state, a control unit for judging whether or not to continue the transition of the intraocular pressure measuring unit to a measurable state based on the detection result of an operating distance and, based on the judged result, controlling the measuring unit switching unit, and a detection unit for directly or indirectly detecting whether or not a light received by the reception optical system is an index light reflected off the cornea, wherein, when the detection unit detects that a light received by the reception optical system is not an index light reflected off the cornea, the control unit judges that the transition of the intraocular pressure measuring unit to a measurable state should be continued despite the detection result of an operating distance to control the measuring unit switching unit and allow the transition to be continued.
