A combined wall-mount and stand for an image display device is provided to use the wall-mount and stand of the image display device as a device and enable the image display device to be safely installed with easy handling and strong installation of the stand. A front of a frame(20) is fixed to the back cover of an image display device. A joining piece(23) is projected in the upper part of the rear of the frame. An upper end part of a support(40) is rotatably hinge-joined to the frame. A holding projection(46) is equipped in the lower end part of the support. A stand(30) is rotatably hinge-joined to the frame when the image display device is installed in the bottom. The stand has a holding groove(31) where the holding projection of the support is hold and a joining groove(31) where the joining piece of the frame is fixed when the image display device is fixed in the wall. A plurality of the holding grooves is formed at regular intervals in the stand so that the image display device can be rotated as much as a certain angle.
