A drum type washing machine is provided to secure bearing power for a stator placed at a rear side wall of a tub and to adjust concentricity easily by insert-molding a motor mount at the tub. A drum type washing machine comprises a motor having a stator(6) and a rotor(5), a tub(2), a bearing housing(7), a motor mount(300). The tub stores water and has a base unit wherein the stator is connected. The bearing housing contains a bearing. The bearing housing supports a rotation shaft of the rotor. The stator is connected at the motor mount. The motor mount is separated from the bearing housing to radius direction and integrally formed with the tub.
