An umbrella case for being opened and closed dually is provided to enable a user to carry and store a wet umbrella, to prevent rain water from dropping from the umbrella and to have enhanced durability. An umbrella case for being opened and closed dually includes a bag portion(110), and an opening/closing portion. The bag portion includes a front portion(110a) and a rear portion to store or carry an umbrella. The opening/closing portion includes a zipper(170) and an auxiliary zipper(180). The zipper is installed on an upper end of the bag portion. The auxiliary zipper is installed on a lower side of the zipper to open and close the bag portion in a dual manner. The bag portion is formed with a foam synthetic resin material. The edges of the front and rear portions are heated and compressed with a press.
