Soft-and-sweet green tea latte is provided to produce healthy tea powder without sugar, food colors, preservatives, and synthetic flavorings by using collagen, Jeju tangerine powder, green tea powder, Salicornia herbacea, vitamin, etc., and to be taken lightly before sleeping. Soft-and-sweet green tea latte is produced by the steps of: preparing the ingredients comprising 48,7~54.3wt% of powdered skim milk, 31~39wt% of vegetable powdered milk(cream), 2~3wt% of Jeju tangerine powder, 3~6wt% of green tea powder, 2~3wt% of collagen, 1~3wt% of Salicornia herbacea, 1~2wt% of stevioside, and 0.3~0.7wt% of vitamin C(ascorbic acid); mixing the ingredients in the order of (a) vitamin C and stevioside, (b) Salicornia herbacea and collagen, (c) green tea powder and Jeju tangerine powder, (d) vegetable powdered milk(cream) and the mixture (a), (e) powdered skim milk and the mixture (c), and (f) the mixture (d) and (e), wherein each of the (a)~(d) and the (e)~(f) is mixed by a pulverizer for 5~10min and for 10~20min; sealing the mixed ingredients in a plastic-wrapping bag by 10~20kg, followed by aging them at normal temperature for 5~10hr; feeding the green tea latte into a stick-shaped container; and inspecting, sorting, and packing the green tea latte products.
