<p>A method for sending/receiving system control information, when system control information is changed, network side schedules channel resources for sending changed system control information to the user equipment (UE); the network side informs the UE to read the sent system control information by sending system control information changing indication. According to the sending mode, when the UE selects a new cell, or when the UE receives the information indicating the changes of system control information sent by the network side, the UE acquires the position where the system control information locates by the system broadcasting information or the information instructing the changes of system control information, and reads the information on that position to get the system control information.
