<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical unit capable of highly efficiently making a beam shape isotropic. <P>SOLUTION: A semiconductor laser device 10, a longitudinal direction collimation lens 20, a transverse direction collimation lens 30, a feedback element 40, and an optical fiber 60 are arranged in the optical axis direction in this order. The feedback element 40 is equipped with an external resonator 41 provided at a part of each region at which a light can arrive from a light emitting spot 17 of the semiconductor laser device 10. Consequently, a divergence angleθs in the transverse direction of the light output from the light emitting spot 17 becomes small as compared with a divergence angleθo in the transverse direction, at the time of providing some external resonator 41 or other in all regions at which the light output from the light emitting spot 17 can arrive. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
