PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved cosmetic composition for washing keratin materials, especially the hair and/or the skin. SOLUTION: The cosmetic composition for washing keratin materials consists of a microemulsion comprising water, at least one oxyethylenated sorbitan ester, at least one oil selected from the group consisting of fatty esters other than oxyethylenated sorbitan esters, aminosilicones, and mixtures thereof, at least one anionic surfactant, and at least one amphoteric or zwitterionic surfactant.
