<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dye-sensitized solar cell having a structure contributing to improvement of photoelectric conversion efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: This dye-sensitized solar cell includes: a first electrode having a photoelectric conversion layer; a second electrode arranged oppositely to the first electrode; and an electrolyte filled at least between the first electrode and the second electrode.
