摘要 A light-stable, sinterable, thermoplastic polyurethane is provided to ensure an improved blooming behavior, excellent thermal stability, and superior technical processability, and to be useful for manufacture of automotive interior molded products. A light-stable, sinterable, thermoplastic polyurethane includes a reaction product obtained by reacting (a) an isocyanate component, (b) a chain extender component, and (c) at least one polyol component having a number average molecular weight of 450-6000 g/mol in the presence of (d) optionally at least one catalyst while adding (e) 0.1-5wt%, based on the weight of the thermoplastic polyurethane, of at least one light stabilizer, (f) optionally an additional additive and/or aid, and (g) optionally at least one chain terminator, wherein a ratio of isocyanate groups of the component(a) to isocyanate reactive groups of the components (b), (c), and (g) is from 0.9:1 to 1.1:1. The isocyanate component(a) comprises (a1) 70-100mol% of 1,6-hexamethylene diisocyanate, and (a2) 0-30mol% of an aliphatic diisocyanate or a mixture of aliphatic and/or cycloaliphatic diisocyanates without containing 1,6-hexamethylene diisocyanate. The chain extender component(b) comprises 40-100mol% of at least one chain extender(b1) having a number average molecular weight of 104-500 g/mol represented by the formula 1 or 2, and (b2) 0-60mol% of a chain extender or a mixture of chain extenders having a number average molecular weight of 60-400 g/mol.
