摘要 A linker molecule for immobilizing a protein on a substrate surface is provided to minimize the problems occurring in the prior processes of immobilizing proteins on substrate surfaces such as lack of orientation, non-specificity, and high cost required for purifying a protein to be immobilized. A method for preparing an A-B-C-type linker molecule for immobilizing a protein on a substrate comprises the steps of: binding a material(A) forming a self-assembled monolayer on a substrate surface to one end of a protein-immobilizing ligand(B) inhibiting non-specific binding of a protein; and binding an affinity material(C) binding to the protein to the other end of the protein-immobilizing ligand. An A-B-C-type linker molecule for immobilizing a protein on a substrate is characterized in that the material(A) and the affinity material(C) are bound to both ends of the protein-immobilizing ligand(B), respectively. A method for preparing a protein chip comprises the steps of: forming a self-assembled monolayer of the linker molecule on a substrate through the material(A) by introducing the A-B-C-type linker molecule into a substrate, and exposing the affinity material(C); and binding a protein to the exposed affinity material(C). A method for immobilizing a protein comprises a step of immobilizing the protein on a support for protein immobilization through the A-B-C-type linker molecule.
