PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical preparation such as a tablet rapidly disintegrating in the oral cavity, tablet or fine granule having characteristics required as the tablet rapidly disintegrating in the oral cavity, etc., avoiding complicatedness in fine pulverization of a crude crystal of ebastine and having good bioavailability thereof when administered in vivo. SOLUTION: The fine granule, a granule, a capsule or the tablet, especially the tablet rapidly disintegrating in the oral cavity comprises the ebastine as an active ingredient and is obtained by using an ebastine-adsorbed powder particle prepared by dissolving the ebastine in an organic solvent and spraying and adsorbing the ebastine on a powder particle of lactose or mannitol.
