<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide system constitution of economical equipment by suppressing power consumption while securing reliability of a microwave wireless system having an in-use and a standby line. <P>SOLUTION: When the equipment is normal and wireless propagation characteristics in space are stable after the system is actuated in normal hot standby mode, a master standby line mode control section 15 outputs a power-saving-mode setting signal and the standby line (a transmitter 3 and a receiver 5) is set to a power saving mode. When there is a sign thereafter that in-use equipment gets out of order or that the wireless propagation characteristics in space deteriorate, a master standby line mode control section 15 outputs a power-saving-mode reset signal and the standby line enters a hot standby mode to switch the system to a normal in-use/standby system. Further, when a BER value becomes worse than a set value, a line switching control section 13 outputs a line switching control signal to perform switching to the standby line in the host standby mode in a short time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
