PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that an odor degree inside a shoe can not be reduced to a set odor degree or below by ventilating the inside of the shoe when the odor degree inside the shoe is equal to or above the set odor degree when the shoe is used in an environment where the outside air is equal to or below a prescribed odor degree. SOLUTION: A blower 27 is provided in the middle of an air distributing path 101 opened to a space inside the shoe at one end, and when the odor degree S1 inside the shoe detected by an odor detection sensor 30 is equal to or above the prescribed odor degree SS, the blower is operated, the inside of the shoe is ventilated and the odor degree S1 inside the shoe is reduced to be equal to or below the prescribed odor degree SS.
