PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scroll compressor capable of making meshing of a tooth surface of a fixed scroll and a tooth surface of a turning scroll good, minimizing compression leak and avoiding drop of compression performance. SOLUTION: In this scroll compressor 1, rotation of a turning scroll is prevented by engagement of the turning scroll and a front case 6 with a plurality of pins 5 and rings 11 or a plurality of pins 5 and ring holes. The ring 11 or a hole has an inner diameter keeping turning radiusρ<SB>pin</SB>determined by the ring 1 and the pin 5 or turning radiusρ<SB>pin</SB>determined by the ring hole and the pin 5 larger than theoretical turning radiusρ<SB>th</SB>determined by the tooth surface of the fixed scroll and the tooth surface of the turning scroll, and the ring 11, the ring hole 1 or the pin 5 is shifted in a direction reducing twist of the turning scroll in relation to the fixed scroll.
