The protection has a thermoplastic material (1), which is fitted to a material which is to be protected, in a skid-proof and sealing manner by using contact pressure acting on the material (1). The contact pressure is obtained from material stress of the material (1), which is caused by a volume of the material which is to be protected, where the pressure remains constant in a lacquer drying process. The material (1) has a material bridge, which is a part of confinement of the material which is to be protected.
