A vertical filling-packaging machine that in the feeding of fluid content s in tubular films, realizes not only feeding of contents with high quantity fixing accuracy but also suppressing of bubble mixing in the contents. Ther e is provided a packaging machine structured so as to perform the motion of feeding contents through injection nozzle (15) into bottomed tubular film (1 '), the motion of carrying the tubular film downward and the motion of causi ng lateral seal means (60) to carry out hot sealing of the tubular film, the reby attaining hermetic sealing of the contents. Structuring is made so that inferior end (15a) of the injection nozzle is immersed in the contents thro ughout the sequence of packaging motions, and so that the feeding of the con tents is started from the state that an emission orifice of the injection no zzle is immersed in the contents.
