A method of preparing a microcapsule containing Glycyrrhiza uralensis is provided to obtain the microcapsule containing Glycyrrhiza uralensis which has long-term stability and is used as feed additives. Glycyrrhiza uralensis is ground to less than 100meshes. Thereafter, 5 to 20g Glycyrrhiza uralensis powder is dissolved or suspended in water, mixed with 1 to 10% by weight of physiological material and then agitated, treated with ultrasonic waves or heated for 30sec to 5min to induce micro-encapsulation. The physiological material is selected from the group consisting of glycyrrhizin, glabra acid, flavonoids, triterpene saponin, saponaretin and essential oil. The microcapsule is used in the range of 1 to 10%, based on the total weight of feed.
