The invention relates to an individual wheel drive for individually suspended wheels of a motor vehicle comprising a joining shaft (2) which connects the output shaft socket (10) of a drive device to the input shaft socket of a wheel and has a main cross-section (4) and at least one end cross-section (8) rotatably coupled with the output shaft socket (10) arranged on the end above a homocinetic joint (6), wherein the joining shaft (2) has a permanent inclined position compensating the offset between the drive device and means for reducing a permanent deviation angle due to said inclined position is provided. The end cross-section (8) associated with the homocinetic joint (6) and the shaft socket (10) coupled to said cross-section are connected to each other by means of a bevel gear pair (16, 18) whose deviation angle (E) corresponds, at least partly, to a permanent deviation angle between the joining shaft (2) and the shaft socket (10).
