A WIRELESS PARAMETER AUTO-CONFIGURATION METHOD AND DEVICE OF A CELLULAR MOBILE COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

A wireless parameter auto-configuration method and device of a cellular mobile communication system comprise that (1) a base station receives a wireless signal from a neighbor base station through a downstream receiving unit (2) the base station or a network-side device determines a contiguous area set of the base station or a parameter of the base station according to the wireless signal. The method and device may be applied to the cellular mobile communication system such as GSM, CDMA and Wimax and the system after WCDMA evolution such as LTE and 4G. It is possible that the base station receives the wireless signal from the neighbor base station and the base station or the network-side device determines the contiguous area set of the base station or the parameter of the base station according to the wireless signal, so as to reduce the maintenance operation load.
