PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a group call system which makes it possible to participate in a desired group call easily in the way without being invited from a mobile telephone terminal included in a group performing group call, and also to provide a server. SOLUTION: A mobile station 10 comprises: a section 21 for acquiring SMS information including a group ID for specifying a group call uniquely; a memory 19 for storing a group call corresponding to an SMS (registration request) received from an SMS server 100, in correspondence with a group ID included in that SMS (registration request) as a termination record; and a midway participation processor 25b for receiving the calling operation to a group call stored as a termination record, acquiring the group ID corresponding to a group call which received the calling operation from the storage, and creating midway participation calling information including the group ID thus acquired.
