A cell process system is provided to dispose respective process units circulatively within a working radius of the robot to simplify the entire constitution of the system and remove unnecessary process units to reduce the use of a high-priced robot. A cell process system is composed of a first working area(A1) including a first robot(3) and a second working area(A2) including a second robot(16). In the first working area, a first loader(1), a second loader(2), a cleaning unit(4), a first sealing unit(6), a second sealing unit(7), and a curing unit(11) are disposed within a working radius of the first robot. In the second working area, a first dotting unit(14), a second dotting unit(15), a first unloader(18), and a second unloader(19) are disposed within a working radius of the second robot. A cooling unit(13) is disposed between the first working area and the second working area. |
