PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water charge prevention structure to a grounding terminal without newly installing a parts for exclusive use. SOLUTION: The water charge prevention structure to the grounding terminal is constituted by including the grounding terminal 3 connected and fixed against the terminal fixing part 2 formed at a vehicular body 1 in an engine room, a leg part 4 for mounting of a relay box mounted in the vicinity of this grounding terminal 3, and an extended leg part 5 integrated with the leg part 4 for mounting, and has a structure that by a frame state side wall 6 of the extended leg part 5 which functions as a water passage changing wall as if the water passage W of the water to drop along the earth terminal 3 is cut, and that water charge to the grounding terminal 3 is prevented as a result.
