PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe and lightweight root-cutting machine facilitating the operation of root-cutting of a harvest, and easily keeping the root-cutting position constant. SOLUTION: The harvester is constituted by fixing a holding part 10 on a frame 20 having two wheels 23, and a root-cutting blade 30 is installed in a side face part of the frame 20. The root-cutting blade 30 has the tip 31 of the blade formed into a bent-shape obtained by extending the tip 31 from the side face part of the frame 20 in the direction vertical to the traveling direction of the frame 20 in the horizontal face, and bending the tip 31 in the lower direction based on the traveling direction of the frame 20 in the perpendicular plane.
