PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem with conventional opening/closing devices wherein an assemblability is poor since a structure is complicated and cost is high. SOLUTION: When a push button 30 is pressed into a body, a pin retarding member 25 is moved, and its sloped part 27 pushes down the engaged part 20a of a lock member 20.
