A manhole-repairing agent using a synthetic urea resin is provided to allow cars to pass on a manhole right after repair work, to form a coating film showing no change in physical properties, having excellent cracking resistance and wear resistance, and causing no shrinking. A manhole-repairing agent using a synthetic urea resin is a two-part composition including a base material and a curing agent, wherein the base material comprises a polyether polyol resin, a polyether amine polyol resin having two amine groups, a polyether amine polyol resin having three amine groups, an amine compound and a plasticizer, and the curing agent comprises trimethylol propane and a diisocyanate. |
