A cold water supply apparatus is provided to continuously supply a large amount of cold water, and to save power consumption. A cold water supply apparatus includes an evaporator(E) forming a refrigeration cycle and absorbing heat from the outside, a cold water tank(1) including the evaporator and cooling stored water by the evaporator, an insulated cold water tank(6) storing the water from the cold water tank and insulated from the outside, a supply valve(4) for supplying the water in the insulated cold water tank to the outside, a temperature sensor(11) sensing a temperature of the water stored in the insulated cold water tank, and a circulation unit(PS) supplying the water stored in the insulated cold water tank into the cold water tank when the temperature sensed by the temperature sensor is higher than a predetermined temperature. |
