PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact and low power consumption optical transmission module.

SOLUTION: The optical transmission module includes: a light emitting element; a driving circuit for supplying an electric current to the light emitting element; and a signal circuit for autonomously outputting a signal corresponding to circumferential temperature. The electric current is adjusted by the signal so as to correspond to the temperature characteristic of the light emitting element.
