摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric power storage device that can be refrigerated effectively when charge and discharge are repeated within a short time, and its temperature control method. <P>SOLUTION: An electric power storage cell 1 is constituted of one electrode part 10 and two temperature control parts 11 extended respectively in right and left directions from the electrode part 10. In the temperature control part 11, housing containers 2, 3 which are respectively pasted to the surface and the rear face of the electrode part 10 and which function as the housing containers are further extended in right and left directions from the electric power storage cell, and pasted together.
