PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a security communication device capable of reducing the risk where worms etc., spread over the local network system as a whole and also reducing the risk that worms etc., are diffused to a wide-area network. SOLUTION: The security communication device comprises a repeating means 15 for repeating packets between an external port 13 and an internal port 14, a packet sifting means 16 for receiving a packet repeated from an internal segment to an external segment from the repeating means 15 and detecting whether the packet is an attack packet, an alarm communication means for transmitting a control packet of an alarm to another security communication device, when the packet checking means 16 detects the packet repeated from the internal segment to the external segment being an attack packet, and a repeating stopping means of stopping the repeating of the packets by the repeating means 15, when the control packet of the alarm is received from other security communication devices.
