The invention relates to X-ray engineering, namely to diagnostic rientgenographic scanning digital devices and can be used in health facilities for the X-ray diagnosis in the from pf a multipurpose multi-functional device. The inventive diagnostic rientgenographic scanning digital device comprises arranged in series on the same optical axis an X-ray radiation source, a flat-field collimator and the linear multi-element sensor of the X-ray radiation source which are fixed to the same cantilever which is mounted in such a way that it is rotatable about a scanning axis located on the plane of the collimating slit and the axis of the linear multi-element sensor. The invention is characterised in that the cantilever is movably mounted on the end of an U-shaped frame which is fixed, by means of swinging and rotating mechanisms, to a platform placed on a vertical strut.
