An elongated electric current conducting component (19) in the embankment (9) such that it "detects" the metal reinforcement component (7) and at a selected distance from said metal reinforcement component (7), the electric current conducting component (19) is connected to a positive terminal of a D.C. electric current generator (21), a negative terminal of the generator (21) is connected to the metal reinforcement component (7), and a D.C. electric current flow is applied under selected conditions.</p> |
