An information processing system, a terminal device, an information processing method, and a program thereof are provided to increase convenience and pleasure for reproducing and managing unit content data. An information processing system comprises a memory unit(33), a division unit, a section-related information generating unit, a control unit(37), and a content data managing unit. The memory unit memorizes content data. The division unit analyzes the content data and divides the content data into section data according to the data content. The section-related information generating unit generates section-related information showing the contents of the section data. The control unit stores the content data-related information in the memory unit by relating content data-related information with at least one of the section-related information. The content data managing unit manages the content data stored in the memory unit, on the basis of the content data-related information.
