METHOD FOR MOLDING TERMINAL SECTION OF GLAZING CHANNEL FOR DOUBLE-GRAZED GLASS, AND TERMINAL SECTION MOLDING FIXTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for molding a terminal section of a glazing channel for a double-grazed glass capable of molding a seamless terminal section connecting part having a good appearance shape and accumulating no dust to be deposited thereupon, and to provide a terminal molding fixture at the terminal section of the start end and the terminal of the grazing channel. SOLUTION: A molding fixture body 11 formed into a block-like shape has a substantially L-shaped recessed groove 12 formed on its bottom surface 11a corresponding to the mode of the corner terminal connecting part 6a of the glazing channel 6. Inside of the molding fixture body 11, a heating means 13 capable of heating the coated glazing channel 6 to a prescribed temperature to plasticize and to heat weld the glazing channel and a cooling means 14 for cooling the terminal connecting part of the molded grazing channel 6 to a subscribed temperature are provided.
